President: Diane Kent, MNIMH, RH
    Diane Kent is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists in the UK, and a professional member of the Ontario Herbalists Association. She attained her diploma as a Chartered and then Clinical Herbalist through the Dominion Herbal College of Vancouver, completing four years of full-time education. Diane currently operates a clinic in Etobicoke, offering private consultations, and has been actively involved in the complementary health care field since 1996. She is a faculty member of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (Mississauga), and the Director of Western Herbal Studies at the Institute for Traditional Medicine (Toronto).

    Vice President: Tahir Ahmad, RH
    Dr. Tahir Ahmad has over 35 years of experience as an acupuncturist and herbalist; holds the highest degree in herbal medicine and micro puncture from TIBBYA College of Lahore, Pakistan; and is a member of the National Council of TIBB-Govt of Pakistan, and the Universal Medical Association of Pakistan

    He has appeared in over 180 television programs in Canada and more than 100 radio talk shows, which includes the longest running Punjabi television program on health and herbal medicine on Rogers Cable Channel 626.Tahir Ahmad is the founder of the Canadian Academy of Indo-Pak Traditional Health Sciences. In 2006, he was appointed to the advisory board of the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, and received the Merit of Achievement from the World Organization of Natural Medicine.

    Secretary/Treasurer: Betty Donald, RH, RHN
    Betty is a graduate of Living Earth School of Herbalism. She is in the early stages of growing organic herbs and veggies on her farm near Orangeville – Armchair Acres. Her home-based Traditional Herbal Clinic is stocked mostly with these herbs grown on her land. She is also pursuing a Holistic Nutrition diploma as part of her ongoing education.

    Professional Membership: Graham Butler, BSc., CNPA, RH
    Graham is a well published health and lifestyle writer, registered herbalist, member of Alive Magazine's Editorial Advisory Board, member of the Board of Directors and a long time advocate of natural health education and choice in healthcare. He's been closely involved with the natural health products industry and health and wellness movement for 15 years. His personal focus is nutrition and western herbalism.
