From Upper Pangboche, we continued our trek to Dingboche which involved several steep climbs, difficult at around 14,000'. I took this shot as we approached the village. The mountain in the distance is Island Peak - a so-called trekking mountain. The next day, we trekked up this valley (Imja Khola Valley) toward Island Peak to reach Chukhung. Then, we trekked back to Dingboche. This village, by the way, is the highest point of arable land in the Khumbu region.
