AD FORMAT

• All ads are black and white or greyscale • Digital ads are preferred • Hard copies are acceptable. Scanning of the ad will be done at no extra charge • Any changes such, as substituting fonts, etc., will incur additional costs to be determined • An ad can be created from scratch at an additional surcharge

DIGITAL AD SUBMISSION

• Most greyscale tiff and jpeg files are acceptable & preferred • PC files are preferred, Mac files acceptable • Files in other formats such as Quark, Corel, Illustrator etc. should have fonts converted to curves/outlines and should be in greyscale mode • Large files can be sent zipped • If a file is too large to send via email, floppy and zip disks and cds can be sent by mail • Send ad in Word RTF format with instructions on how it should look to Mark MacEwan at markmacewan@yahoo.ca • Images should be sent in TIF (TIFF), JPG (JPEG) or GIF format
